the hotel had a stunning and wonderful location in the nearby forests. the staff was pretty friendly and smart, some of them especially. our room was well laid out and complete with hot shower and great views, as for instance.
Some people working there were unprofessional.

The place was so cozy with a lovely sitting area by the fire and a charming bar where we enjoyed playing games with friends. Plus, the sun terrace and comfy leisure room were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, the shower pressure was a bit low, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The beautiful Victorian hotel exudes charm, with stunning scenery and a cozy ambiance. Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable, although bathrooms could be more accessible. Breakfast was satisfying, but a more extensive cooked option would have been nice, especially for those accustomed to traditional morning fare.

great views but disappointing dining experience
The family suite provided a lovely mountain view, which we enjoyed . The hotel's garden was well maintained and added to the peaceful atmosphere.
I found the dining experience unsatisfactory.

Double Room with Garden View features a vibrant outlook, perfect for morning coffee. The bath itself is spacious, giving a pleasant spot to relax after a long day.
The bed's size and comfort fall short of expectations, leaving you a bit unsatisfied. The TV in the room didn't work despite multiple efforts, which could be annoying for a longer stay. A handheld shower means some awkwardness when washing hair, and the toilet flushes loudly-definitely not the quiet retreat one might hope for. Plus, maneuvering out onto the main road from the entrance can feel like a mini adventure in itself.

cozy retreat with fine views
Had such a relaxing time here! The room was decorated beautifully with views over the hills. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, didn't wanna leave it. The hotel grounds are extensive, great for a stroll. Enjoyed the bar area for some chilled drinks. A bit noisy at night though, could use better soundproofing.

The room was super spacious n clean, really nice bathroom too. Breakfast had a good variety of stuff. Staff were friendly n cute. Loved the comfy big bed, was like home. The views of the hills were just beautifull!
The entrance could use some tidying up to make a better impression. Dinner was ok but kinda pricey for what you get.
